Accident Repair in Chicago
An accident leaves more behind than a dented panel. Jodi Montana Customs walks the vehicle with you, shows you what needs to be repaired or replaced, and puts the exterior back the way it should look.

How it works
Three steps to an estimate
1. Send the details
Fill out the short form or call the shop. Photos of the damage or the project help us understand what we are looking at.
2. We look at the vehicle
We follow up to talk through the work, then review the vehicle in person so the plan and the estimate match reality.
3. The work gets done right
Prep, repair and finish are handled in-house, and you see the vehicle when the panel reads the way it should.
Before & after
Damage in, finished panel out.
Drag the handle on each one to see the same panel before and after the repair.

Front end collision damage
Dark blue sedan / Hood and bumper replacement, panel straightening, refinishing

Side impact damage
Red crossover SUV / Door repair, panel straightening and color matched paint
See the vehicle in person first
Photos help start the conversation, but accident damage often hides behind a bumper cover or inside a fender. Getting the car into the shop is how the real scope gets confirmed and how you get a number you can rely on.
Repaired so it does not look repaired
Panels get worked back into shape, replacement components are fitted so the gaps stay even, and the refinished areas are blended into the surrounding paint so the repair does not announce itself in sunlight.

Questions we hear most
What should I do first after an accident?
Once you and the vehicle are safe, take photos of the damage from a few angles. Send those with the estimate form or call the shop at (708) 841-3110 and we can talk through what the repair is likely to involve.
Do you work with insurance claims?
You are welcome to bring in a claim. Bring your claim number and adjuster information and the damage can be documented for your insurer. Whether you file or pay out of pocket is your call.
Can you repair damage that isn't visible from the outside?
Impact often pushes past the panel you can see. The vehicle is inspected beyond the obvious damage so brackets, mounts and hidden panel work are caught before the finish goes on.
How long will accident repair take?
It comes down to the extent of the damage, the parts involved and how the repair sequences. A more accurate window is given once the vehicle has been reviewed in person.
Will the repaired panels match the rest of the vehicle?
Panels are refinished to the vehicle's paint code and blended into the surrounding surfaces, and gaps and body lines are set so the repaired side reads the same as the untouched side.
