What bodywork actually involves
Every vehicle comes in differently. Some need a single panel worked and refinished, others need several areas addressed before paint. The shop looks at the damaged area, works the metal or plastic back toward its original shape, and prepares the surface so the finish lays flat instead of telegraphing what was underneath.
Why preparation decides the result
A repair that is rushed at the filler and sanding stage shows up later in reflections, in sunlight, and along the body line. Taking time on the surface is what separates a panel that reads as repaired from one that reads as original.

Can dents be repaired without replacing the panel?
Many dents can be worked out and refinished when the metal is not stretched or torn. Panels that are creased through or badly damaged are better replaced, and that is decided with the car in front of us.

Do you repair scratches and scrapes as well as bigger damage?
